Personal training guide
Being properly prepped for a bike ride can be a tricky business. But luckily, we've had years of experience with this sort of thing, so we've developed a 4-point training plan to make sure you're thoroughly prepared.
1.
Get yourself mentally ready. Think about getting up of the couch. Perhaps even check your watch.
2.
Stretch your legs and arms out in front of you and make the transition to a standing position.
3.
Walk to the front door, checking you have all the equipment you'll need. (wallet, keys, phone).
4.
Position your gluteus maximus (aka bum) squarely on the bike seat and start enjoying yourself.
